uneven experience at this place

the location was good with a short walk to places i wanted to see. breakfast was okay with lots of options.
the first room i got wasnt clean. the carpets were old and torn then i talked to the staff. the staff moved me to another room, this one was just average, it wasnt that clean either. there was no mini fridge and not enough towels in my room.

The reception area has comfortable seating. My room included a kettle and tea. The breakfast included a great tasty food selection. Staff members were friendly at the reception and helpful when I needed assistance.
The bathroom lacked an extractor fan making it steamy.

the pool was a total blast ! it had so many options. the breakfast had lots of options too , so i was really happy.
the bed wasn't the best , it was uncomfortable. the net curtain had a big rip , which wasn't ideal.

The chamber main was great, she were very good too help me with my needs. i liked the sea view room. It really did have a view of the sea. it was unlike some other hotels i stayed in. i am very pleased with this.
the bases of the beds looked frayed. i think they should be replaced and not risk someone seeing it and complaining. this is not what i want to experience again.

the hotel is near the dockyard. the hotel's location is great, it is close to gunwharf quays if you fancy visiting for the day. i like that.
